From the start, a tremendous love and respect for the great Septetos and Conjuntos of El Son (Cuban predecessor of Salsa) brought current co-leaders Aaron Halva and Jainardo Batista-Sterling together in a great search for their own flavor of this music that continues today. Over the past 13 years they have had the honor of sharing the stage with Los Van Van, Ibrahim Ferrer and The Buena Vista Social Club, El Gran Combo, La Sonora Poncena, and Chucho Valdez among many others. They have toured the United States, Puerto Rico and Europe for private performances, festivals, radio and TV appearances. Nu means NEW. Guajiros are Cuban country folk. Flickr.com really is the best site for finding copyright-free images to use in photo editing (also known as photomanipulation) if you are new to it. If you are more experienced, a site like deviantart.com has many more options. This video will hopefully help those new to photomanipulation to learn how to properly find and credit copyright-free images. Image theft is NO JOKE. You can get in serious legal trouble for using a copyrighted image or not crediting your image properly. Don't write off photomanipulation forever, though—just take the time to learn how to do it right! Give the photographer of the original image the respect and credit they deserve. I will take any questions in the comments below, please do not hesitate to ask!

As Social Media Networks and geotagging become more popular, we as users, crave for a new perspective on how to digest all this information. Sacramento, California startup GeoMashable has come up with a solution for geotagging Tweets, Bing Business, Flickr pics, Facebook News Feeds, and Wikipedia Articles on a map and also viewing them in a list based on a user's location and a radius that the user sets. When a user launches the app, he can set a searching radius, log into twitter, and facebook accounts. The app sets the users location using GPS or WIFI Hotspot location, so when the user searches for Tweets, Flickr Pics, Wikipedia Articles, and Bing Business, they all show up as annotations on a map, based on the users location. The user can then click the map annotations to get more information, or even set a route to an annotation. One scenario might be routing to friends that have tweeted about a restaurant or a bar. The user can also view all the social network mashups in a list as well. A user can also submit a geotagged Tweet and Facebook news feed. GeoMashable will add additional features in May 2010 to enhance the user capabilities and experience. Founder Shai Leib mentioned that users will soon have enhanced abilities to better organize, Tweets, Facebook news feeds, Bing search favorites, Flickr photos, and Wikipedia articles, and youtube videos not just location based but also people and subject based searches.
